Welcome to my page. I design experiential learning programs that empower students to become active participants in the learning process, and I specialize in developing partnerships that connect students and faculty to professional development and research opportunities with industry partners. I am a student-centered program director, community builder, and entrepreneur with extensive experience designing, scaling, and leading co-curricular and experiential learning initiatives that complement students’ academic coursework with dynamic real-world experiences and hands-on learning opportunities.

Student Services and Support – Scaling and leading a broad student services portfolio that includes student development, career programming, academic support, and student affairs.

I am endlessly optimistic about the future and I recognize the important role that colleges and universities play in developing the ethical leaders of tomorrow. I am intentional about creating opportunities for reflection in all my programs and I am passionate about student development. I am a supporter of institutional innovation and transformation to serve the ever-evolving needs of students in the 21st century, and I am deeply committed to the liberal arts.
